Fruit Attraction 2026 to host major European agricultural exporters and tech providers
The Fruit Attraction trade fair, scheduled for October 6–8, 2026, in Madrid, will see significant participation from major European agricultural associations and technology providers.
Proexport, representing fruit and vegetable producers from the Murcia region of Spain, plans to host over 300 commercial meetings across 2,300 square meters of exhibition space. The association aims to strengthen ties with distributors and address global challenges in food security and crop innovation following a year where Murcia's horticultural exports reached nearly 3.8 billion euros.
Italian representation is also expanding, with Cso Italy coordinating 30 companies from the Ferrara region. The Italian collective will occupy 642 square meters in Pavilion 8, focusing on diversifying markets for products such as apples, kiwi, pears, citrus, and table grapes.
On the technology front, AZUD will participate alongside Agritech Murcia to showcase advancements in water management, irrigation systems, filtration, and automation. The company intends to focus on water efficiency as a primary solution for increasing agricultural competitiveness and sustainability.
