Fryte and Smatrics partner for electric truck charging infrastructure

Software provider Fryte and charging operator Smatrics have entered a cooperation to integrate depot and public charging infrastructure into route planning for electric heavy-duty vehicles in Germany and Austria.

The partnership aims to create an open, cross-operator network for electric freight transport. By combining Smatrics' public charging points and its Depot Club network with Fryte's planning software, logistics companies can now view and reserve charging slots across different providers. This integration is intended to solve the critical challenge of charging logistics by making infrastructure planable regardless of the specific operator.
