FT1 to Distribute 4,400 VND Dividend per Share
CTCP Phụ tùng máy số 1 (ticker FT1) announced a cash dividend for 2025 of 4,407 VND per share, representing a 44.07 % payout ratio. With more than 7 million shares outstanding, the company expects to disburse roughly 31.2 billion VND. The record‑date is 24 August and the payment will be made from 22 September.
Since its listing on UPCoM in 2017, FT1 has never missed a dividend, consistently paying over 30 % of earnings, peaking at a 51 % cash dividend in 2024. The firm, originally founded in 1968 as Vietnam’s first automotive parts plant, now has a charter capital of about 71 billion VND and produces components for engines and agricultural machinery. Major customers include Honda, Yamaha, Sumitomo Heavy Industries Vietnam and others. For 2025, FT1 projects revenue of 939 billion VND (up 2 % YoY) and net profit of 62 billion VND, with earnings per share of 8.812 VND. VEAM, which holds 55 % of FT1’s capital, stands to receive more than 17 billion VND from the dividend. On 4 August, FT1 shares closed at 43,800 VND.
