Vietnam corporate dividend payouts

On 5 August 2026, several Vietnamese publicly listed companies announced cash dividend distributions for recent fiscal periods. Rạng Đông Lighting (RAL) declared a 25% cash dividend of VND 2,500 per share for its 23.5 million shares, with a record date of 19 August and payment slated for 27 August. The company reported Q2 2026 revenue of VND 1.576 trillion, up 32% year-on-year, and profit before tax of VND 135 billion. FPT Online announced a full-share (100%) cash dividend of VND 10,000 per share for its 18.4 million shares, setting the ex-dividend date on 10 August and payment on 11 September. This follows a 200% payout in 2021 and marks the second consecutive year of a full-share dividend. The firm posted 2025 revenue of VND 805 billion (up 14.1%) and net profit of VND 157 billion, with continued growth into the first half of 2026. CTCP Phụ tùng máy số 1 (FT1) disclosed a 2025 cash dividend of VND 4,407 per share, representing a 44.07% payout ratio. With more than 7 million shares outstanding, the expected disbursement is about VND 31.2 billion. The record date is 24 August and payment will occur from 22 September. FT1 projects 2025 revenue of VND 939 billion (up 2% YoY) and net profit of VND 62 billion. By mid-August, the trend of dividend distributions expanded. Sonadezi Services Joint Stock Company (SDV) announced a 25% cash dividend of VND 2,500 per share with a record date of 26 August, marking its 16th consecutive year of payouts. During the week of 10–14 August, approximately 19 enterprises and banks were scheduled to finalize dividend rights.
