Fuel prices in Indonesia adjusted by Pertamina and private providers

Fuel providers in Indonesia, including Pertamina, BP-AKR, Shell, and Vivo, have adjusted non-subsidized fuel prices as of August 2026.

Pertamina reduced several non-subsidized products. Pertamax (RON 92) decreased from Rp16,250 to Rp15,950 per liter, Pertamax Green 95 dropped from Rp17,000 to Rp16,600, and Pertamax Turbo fell from Rp19,300 to Rp18,300. Subsidized fuels such as Pertalite and Biosolar remain unchanged at Rp10,000 and Rp6,800 respectively.

BP-AKR also reported price decreases for BP 92 and BP Ultimate, though BP Ultimate Diesel saw an increase to Rp21,910 per liter. Shell also adjusted prices, specifically increasing Shell V-Power Diesel to Rp21,910 per liter.

Pertamina Patra Niaga stated that these non-subsidized adjustments follow global oil price trends, the rupiah exchange rate, and government directives, while aiming to maintain national fuel supply availability and public purchasing power.
