Prime Minister Péter Magyar addressed the nomination in Parliament, stating that the Tisza faction has not yet reached a final decision regarding support for Szathmáry. Magyar indicated that, based on preliminary information, it is not certain that the nominee will secure the necessary majority within the faction. The faction intends to review further information before making a definitive stance.
