Fujitsu and Dospara announce PC sales and hardware discounts in Japan

Several Japanese retailers are offering significant discounts and customization deals on personal computers.

Fujitsu Client Computing is holding a sale on its FMV Store, featuring various models including Copilot+ PCs and lightweight mobile laptops. One notable offer includes the FMV WU5-K3, a 14.0-inch laptop weighing approximately 634g, priced at 249,700 yen with a Core Ultra 5 225U processor, 16GB of memory, and a 512GB SSD. Additional coupons are available for further discounts on select models.

Meanwhile, Dospara is running a ‘Customization Half-Price Festival.’ During this event, customers can upgrade specific components on eligible new PCs at 50% of the usual cost. Discounts apply to increasing memory from 16GB to 32GB, adding a second 500GB SSD or a 2TB HDD, and upgrading to nano-diamond thermal grease. One featured model is the THIRDWAVE AD-R7A57A-01B desktop, equipped with a Ryzen 7 7700 and GeForce RTX 5070.
