Fujitsu implements sovereign cloud for JA Kyosai-ren

Fujitsu Limited has begun implementing a new information system foundation for the National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Mutual Insurance Federations (JA Kyosai-ren). The new infrastructure utilizes ‘Fujitsu Cloud Service powered by Oracle Alloy’ and the ‘Oracle Analytics Cloud’ business intelligence tool.

The sovereign cloud solution will be operated within Fujitsu’s domestic data centers to ensure high levels of confidentiality and data sovereignty, addressing geopolitical and cybersecurity risks. This transition aims to alleviate the administrative burden on JA Kyosai-ren’s IT department by centralizing support and managing frequent system version updates through Fujitsu’s expertise.

Additionally, the integration of Oracle Analytics Cloud will leverage AI to assist employees in performing complex data analysis and extraction. This is intended to facilitate data-driven decision-making for management and sales teams, even for staff members who may lack extensive experience with traditional business intelligence tools.
