Fujiya announces new autumn sweets lineup in Japan

Fujiya confectionery is launching a new lineup of autumn-themed sweets across its nationwide stores in Japan starting October 1. The new collection includes various desserts featuring seasonal flavors such as Mont Blanc, chestnut, and pear.

Key releases include Milky Mont Blanc Tarts and Strawberry Milky Mont Blanc Tarts, which utilize Hokkaido dairy. The company is also expanding its fresh donut line with flavors featuring Japanese pear from Ichikawa and Ebisu pumpkin from Hokkaido. Additionally, limited-edition cream puffs inspired by the Country Ma'am cookie brand and purple sweet potato from Kagoshima will be available at special price points.
