Fujiya to hold 116th anniversary sale with half-price cakes
Fujiya confectionery stores will host a special anniversary sale starting November 1, 2026, to commemorate the company's 116th year since its founding in Yokohama. The celebration includes various promotional events across its nationwide locations in Japan.
As part of the first phase, customers spending 3,000 yen or more at Fujiya confectionery stores will be eligible for a first-come, first-served gift of a 2027 Peko-chan schedule notebook and an acrylic charm ballpoint pen. Additionally, a limited-edition assortment of baked goods in an original cotton bag will be available for 3,000 yen.
The sale features two major phases of half-price cake promotions. From November 14 to 16, the fluffy soufflé cheesecake and marron mont blanc will be sold for 268 yen each, down from the usual 537 yen. A second phase will run from November 27 to 29, offering chocolate and white chocolate fresh cakes at the same discounted price. These items are available in limited quantities, with a purchase limit of four cakes per transaction.
