Fuller, Smith & Turner repurchases 15,000 A shares at £6.34 each

On 13 May 2026, Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC (ticker FSTA) bought 15,000 of its own “A” ordinary shares (40 p nominal value) on the London Stock Exchange through Deutsche Numis. All shares were purchased at a uniform price of 634 pence per share (£6.34) and will be held in treasury.

The buy‑back is part of a share repurchase programme announced on 21 January 2026. Following the transaction, the company’s listed voting rights total 31,192,978 shares, with 5,253,708 shares already held in treasury. The purchase was executed at 09:20 GMT (reference TRLO0XLON) on the LSE.

Fuller, Smith & Turner reported the transaction to satisfy Market Abuse Regulation disclosure requirements and to provide transparency for shareholders under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
