Fuller, Smith & Turner repurchases 29,500 shares in June 2026
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced two share‑buyback transactions in mid‑June 2026. On 15 June the company bought 14,500 of its A ordinary shares at £7.06 per share through Deutsche Numis on the London Stock Exchange, as part of its buyback programme announced earlier in the year. Two days later, on 17 June, it purchased an additional 15,000 shares at £6.94 per share under the same terms.
The purchases were made from the market and the shares will be held in the company's treasury. After the first transaction the company held 2,897,217 treasury shares, and after the second the total rose to 2,927,217, leaving 33,946,686 A ordinary shares issued in total. Correspondingly, the number of listed voting rights fell to 31,049,469 after the 15 June purchase and to 31,019,469 after the 17 June purchase. The transactions were disclosed in compliance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation and EU Regulation 596/2014 as incorporated into UK law.
