The Fundação Municipal de Esportes (Funesp) signed a Term of Authorization of Use with the Federação de Futebol de Mato Grosso do Sul (FFMS) on Friday, 7 May. The agreement grants the federation access to the Estádio das Moreninhas and Vila Nasser stadiums for competitions and events, while Funesp retains overall management, supervision, inspection and scheduling of the venues.

FFMS may carry out structural works at the stadiums, provided they receive prior approval from municipal authorities and are overseen by Funesp. In return, the federation assumes responsibility for maintenance and further improvements, including recent works such as painting stands and installing official goalposts.

Funesp director‑president Maicon Mommad said the partnership aims to strengthen both amateur and professional sport, improve municipal facilities and foster youth categories. FFMS president Estevão Petrallás highlighted that the deal advances football in Mato Grosso do Sul, expands available spaces and reinforces commitment to conserving public equipment. The partnership is effective until 31 December 2028, with the possibility of extension through an additive term.
