GAC Group launches pre-sales for Qijing GX7 and Trumpchi Yue 7 SUVs

GAC Group is expanding its presence in the smart and off-road SUV markets with the pre-sale launches of two new strategic models: the Qijing GX7 and the Trumpchi Yue 7.

In Guangzhou, Qijing Auto has opened pre-sales for the Qijing GX7, a large five-seat smart SUV developed in collaboration with Huawei. The vehicle features Huawei Qiankun intelligent driving technology and is designed with an L3-level autonomous driving architecture. Available in three extended-range versions, pre-sale prices range from 249,900 to 311,900 yuan. The GX7 utilizes CATL batteries, offering a combined range of over 1,500 kilometers and 800V high-voltage fast charging capabilities.

Simultaneously, GAC Trumpchi has launched pre-sales for the Yue 7, its first hard-core off-road SUV. Positioned to compete in the growing “box-style” SUV market currently led by Great Wall, BYD, and Chery, the Yue 7 features a hybrid system with a maximum power of 550kW and a combined range of up to 1,352 kilometers. The model is priced between 171,800 and 217,800 yuan under limited-time promotional offers. GAC plans to export the Yue 7 to over 100 countries and regions to support its global expansion strategy.
