Gala Caldirola accuses Coté López of harassing footballer's spouse

Gala Caldirola has accused Coté López of harassing the wife of a professional footballer in an attempt to link her to a marital separation. During an episode of ‘Plan Perfecto’, Caldirola stated that she received reports that López has been making constant, harassing calls to a player's partner, inciting her to claim that her marriage ended due to Caldirola.

Caldirola denied being the cause of the separation and expressed confusion regarding López's behavior. While López had previously issued public apologies for a past infidelity involving Luis “Mago” Jiménez and claimed to be undergoing psychiatric treatment, Caldirola noted that López had recently sent private messages seeking forgiveness.

Following the public breakdown of his relationship with Caldirola, Luis Jiménez has removed all photographs of the couple from his Instagram profile. Jiménez, who is currently working as an assistant coach for Al Wakrah in Qatar, has restricted comments on his social media accounts amidst the ongoing controversy. Reports suggest the footballer involved in the alleged harassment claims may be Argentine player Jonathan Benítez.
