Intesa Sanpaolo has announced its autumn programming for the Gallerie d’Italia museums located in Milan, Naples, Turin, and Vicenza. The upcoming season features eight new exhibitions spanning various eras and mediums, including Italian painting, photography, and contemporary art.
In Milan, the Piazza Scala location will host ‘LIBERE! 1946-2026. Le conquiste delle donne’ from September 26, 2026, to January 7, 2027. This photographic exhibition, curated by Renata Ferri, explores eighty years of transformations in the condition of women in Italy, covering civil rights, labor, and social changes.
The museum network reported a 4% increase in visitors during the first half of 2026, reaching a total of 434,000 visitors across its four main locations compared to the same period in 2025.
