Gangnam-gu to host Chuseok direct transaction market on September 16

Gangnam-gu will host the ‘2026 Chuseok Direct Transaction Market’ on September 16 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the district office parking lot. The event features approximately 40 local governments and 80 farming households, offering a variety of regional specialties including Korean beef, apples, pears, dried yellow croaker, and mushrooms.

In addition to the 60 sales booths, the market is designed as a family festival. Activities include traditional games like Tuho, lucky bag draws, and grain-filling challenges. Promotional booths from sister cities such as Yangpyeong, Yanggu, Dangjin, Yeongju, Chilgok, and Naju will also be present to introduce local tourism and policies.

For convenience, a pre-order system is available from September 7 to 11 via product catalogs. Purchased items can also be shipped nationwide for a fee of 4,000 KRW per shipment.
