Garanti BBVA receives approval for foreign market bond issuances
Garanti BBVA has received approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for bond issuances to foreign markets under its Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program.
The approved issuances include a 400,000,000 USD bond and a 100,000,000 EUR bond, both issued on August 14, 2026, with a maturity date of August 16, 2029.
