Garanti BBVA Receives CMB Approval for $20 Million USD Bond Issuance

Garanti BBVA (Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S.) announced that Turkey’s Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the issuance of two USD‑denominated bonds under its Global Medium‑Term Notes (GMTN) programme. The first bond (ISIN XS3457470) is dated 31 July 2026 and matures on 5 August 2027 for a nominal amount of USD 10 million; the second bond (ISIN XS3459813) is dated 3 August 2026, matures on 11 August 2027, and also totals USD 10 million. The approval enables the bank to raise funds in foreign markets in any currency. The announcement notes that, in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version of the disclosure prevails.
