Garanti BBVA receives CMB approval for foreign bond issuances

Garanti BBVA (Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A. S.) has received approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for bond issuances to foreign markets under its Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program.

The approved issuances include a USD-denominated bond with a nominal amount of $10,000,000, scheduled for issue on August 11, 2026, with a maturity date of August 16, 2027. Additionally, the bank received approval for a GBP-denominated issuance totaling £17,700,000, issued on August 10, 2026, also maturing on August 16, 2027.
