Garmin launches Fenix 9 Pro flagship smartwatch

Garmin has released the Fenix 9 Pro, a flagship smartwatch designed for outdoor GPS and high-performance tracking. The device introduces several new features, including Garmin Epic, which allows users to group multi-day activities into a single, shareable summary with color-coded maps and combined health statistics. The Fenix 9 Pro is currently the only model capable of starting an Epic directly from the watch.

Additional performance tools include the Stamina Curve and Stamina Zones. The Stamina Curve uses accumulated training history to estimate how long a user can sustain specific effort levels, such as running pace or cycling power. Stamina Zones then translate this data into real-time personalized effort ranges to help users manage their endurance during workouts.
