Garut Regency supports subsidized housing through tax exemptions

The Garut Regency Government has announced its support for meeting the demand for subsidized housing and supporting national strategic housing projects. To facilitate this, the local government has implemented a policy to exempt Low-Income Communities (MBR) from the Land and Building Title Transfer Duty (BPHTB) for subsidized homes.

During the opening of the Dream Home Exhibition (PRI) Vol. IV, Assistant for Economy and Development Dedy Mulyadi encouraged citizens to utilize subsidized housing programs and banking facilities such as Housing Program Credit (KPP) and the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) to access affordable interest rates. The exhibition is part of an annual effort to support the national priority of providing 3 million houses.
