Gastonia shooting leaves two dead and two wounded

A deadly shooting spree at a home on Forbes Road in Gastonia, North Carolina, has left two people dead and two others critically wounded. The incident involved suspects Cory Armstrong, 29, and Camryn Moore, 26, who allegedly opened fire inside the residence where all four individuals were living.

One survivor, 20-year-old Autumn Setola, was shot twice and lost the use of her arms during the attack. Despite her injuries, she managed to use her nose to dial her boyfriend, Jacob Henson, to call for help. Henson reported that Setola told him, ‘I’ve been shot by Cory,’ before he rushed to the scene and contacted 911.

Setola and her stepbrother, Keaton, were transported to CaroMont Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. Setola remains in critical but stable condition and has undergone multiple surgeries. Two other victims were found deceased at the scene by emergency responders.
