Gautam Adani sets three guiding principles for Adani Group's next decade

At the 34th Annual General Meeting in Ahmedabad, Gautam Adani, chairman of the Adani Group, presented three core principles that will steer the conglomerate over the next ten years.

The first principle introduces a three‑tier organisational structure at both head‑quarters and project sites to cut bureaucracy, improve accountability and shorten the gap between decision‑making and implementation.

The second principle reshapes how the group works with contractors, treating them as long‑term partners whose growth, margin protection and aligned interests will enable faster, higher‑quality project delivery.

The third principle places worker dignity at the top of the transformation agenda. With about 400,000 workers—85% on‑site—Adani pledged clean living spaces, nutritious food, medical facilities, safe working conditions and timely, correct wages.

Adani emphasized that the future will demand greater ambition, discipline and execution capacity, but asserted the group is ready to build, serve and help shape a better India.
