Gaza Ceasefire Roadmap Presented by US and International Council

A 15‑point ceasefire roadmap for Gaza was announced by the Gaza Peace Council with the backing of US President Donald Trump and mediator nations. The first phase requires Israel to halt military operations and allow unrestricted humanitarian aid, while Hamas and other Palestinian factions must end all armed activities. Compliance will be overseen by the International Verification Committee (IVC).

Subsequent steps call for the transfer of civil and security authority in the Gaza Strip to the Gaza Management National Committee (NCAG), excluding Hamas from any governance role. The plan includes disarmament, demolition of heavy weapons, ammunition depots and tunnels, and the deployment of an International Stabilization Force to act as a buffer and protect aid deliveries. Israeli withdrawal will be tied to verified progress rather than a fixed date, and reconstruction financing will be managed by the Peace Council and NCAG under international oversight.
