Gaza Strip experiences continued Israeli military operations and ceasefire violations

Israeli military operations, including airstrikes, artillery shelling, and ground incursions, have resulted in multiple Palestinian casualties across the Gaza Strip. Reports indicate that four Palestinians, including a child, were killed on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

In Gaza City, a drone strike targeting a civilian vehicle in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood killed one individual, while gunfire from naval vessels in the Al-Sudaniya area killed another. In central Gaza, a four-year-old child, Osama Ahmed Abed, died from injuries sustained during an Israeli strike in Al-Zawayda three weeks prior.

Military activity has been reported in several sectors, including heavy artillery fire in Deir al-Balah and Beit Lahia, as well as the demolition of buildings in the Jabalia refugee camp. In the south, casualties were reported near Khan Younis. These actions are described as ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement that went into effect on October 10.
