Gender equality training initiatives launched in Paraguay and Spain

The Ministry of Public Defense in Paraguay has concluded the fourth module of its training course on equality and access to justice for women. Led by Labor Court Public Defender Dr. Luz Genes, the module focused on identifying and addressing gender-based violence in the workplace. The training aimed to equip participants with the ability to apply legal protections and incorporate a gender perspective into labor litigation to prevent discrimination and harassment.

In Spain, the Institute of Women, co-financed by the European Social Fund, has announced the fourth edition of the online course ‘Skills to Challenge Entrepreneurship’ as part of the Desafío Mujer Rural program. The initiative is designed to support rural women entrepreneurs by developing essential professional skills, including leadership, assertive communication, and time management, while fostering empowerment and professional networking.
