Geno Smith returns as New York Jets starting quarterback

Geno Smith is set to start at quarterback for the New York Jets this Sunday against the Tennessee Titans, marking his first regular-season start for the franchise since October 2016. In addition to his return to the starting role, Smith has been voted by his teammates as one of the team's six captains.
