Genoa presents public administration reform proposals to Minister Zangrillo

The City of Genoa has concluded a two-day national forum aimed at reforming the public administration to serve as a driver for economic development. During the event, held at Palazzo Ducale, a ‘white paper’ containing reform proposals was delivered to the Minister for Public Administration, Paolo Zangrillo.

Genoa Mayor Silvia Salis emphasized that the goal is to transform the administration through digitalization, reducing bureaucratic steps and improving the relationship between citizens, businesses, and institutions. As part of these digital initiatives, the Mayor announced a training program in collaboration with Meta, the Chamber of Commerce, and Confindustria to help local businesses optimize digital processes and social media usage.
