German art exhibitions in Eberswalde hospital and Berlin museums attract visitors

From July 7 to August 25, 2026 the GLG Martin Gropius Hospital in Eberswalde will host the art‑therapy exhibition “EINBLICKE. METHODEN. VIELFALT.”. The show displays works created by patients from the child‑ and adolescent‑psychiatry and adult psychiatry wards, illustrating a range of artistic techniques and personal expressions. The opening ceremony takes place on July 7 at 14:00 in the hospital atrium and admission is free.

During the weekend of June 12‑14, four Berlin museums – the Charité Museum of Medicine, the Hamburger Bahnhof contemporary art museum, the Museum für Naturkunde and the Futurium – will also offer free entry. Their programmes include outdoor dances, tango workshops and special displays that explore macabre themes, such as a large collection of kidney stones at the Charité and sculptures of animal forms by Rosemarie Trockel at the Hamburger Bahnhof.
