German Class 5c Visits City Library and Town Hall

On 17 July 2026, class 5c from the FLSH Schloss Gaibach school spent an hour‑and‑a‑half at the Stadtbibliothek Gerolzhofen. Library director Anna Scharf gave the students a tour, showing the free membership for children, the collection of over 25 000 media items, digital services, and the café and activity spaces. The pupils also participated in a tablet‑based library rally.

On 30 March 2026, the same class visited the Rathaus in Troisdorf. Mayor Alexander Biber answered 27 students’ questions about municipal duties, the mayor’s work schedule, traffic safety, classroom equipment, and broader economic issues. He pledged to consider their concerns and signed autographs.

Both visits were part of the school’s practical politics and community‑engagement program.
