German Companies Honored with 2026 Training Excellence Awards

The Eckert Schulen network received the quality seals “Ausbildung – geht gut bei uns!” and “Arbeit und Familie – geht gut bei uns!” for its focus on future‑oriented vocational training and family‑friendly work conditions. The awards were presented by Landkreis Regensburg’s council leader Tanja Schweiger, who highlighted the role of responsible companies in building a strong regional workforce.

At the German Training Forum in Bad Oeynhausen, AUBI‑plus recognized 46 firms as “Top‑Ausbildungsunternehmen 2026”. The award, based on the BEST PLACE TO LEARN certification, evaluated recruiting, onboarding, learning, mentorship and outcomes. Companies in the small‑size category (up to 1,000 employees) included Thyssengas, Danfoss Power Solutions, Markant Services International and many others. In the large‑size category (over 1,000 employees), notable winners were Alfred Kärcher, Deloitte, Hansgrohe and Hitachi Rail GTS Germany. The top‑scoring firms received the BEST PLACE TO LEARN award, with Thyssengas, Danfoss Power Solutions and Markant Services International taking the first three places.
