On 19 July, a 56‑year‑old Estonian citizen preparing to depart for Katowice was arrested after fingerprint verification confirmed a warrant for a robbery sentence of five years and six months, with 738 days still to serve. Each individual was taken into custody and transferred to a correctional facility.
