German Libraries Reopen and Host Gaming Sessions for Youth

Meanwhile, the Stadtbibliothek in Troisdorf organized a series of gaming afternoons on 19 February, 5 March and 19 March 2026. Children and teenagers aged six and up were invited to play Mario Kart World on the new Nintendo Switch 2. The events aimed to promote digital media literacy and social interaction, offering a supervised environment for young players to enjoy collaborative gaming.
