German local administrations report updates on vocational training

Local government administrations in Germany are reporting updates regarding their vocational training programs.

In the Gießen district, 14 new trainees have begun apprenticeships to become administrative specialists or IT specialists. District Administrator Anita Schneider welcomed the group, noting the administration offers over 200 different working time models and professional development opportunities. New trainees received tablets and public transport tickets to support their start.

In Kitzingen, five young women successfully completed their training at the district office. All five graduates will remain with the administration as permanent employees. Notably, Lilli Dörr completed her training as an administrative specialist with a grade of 1.20, ranking 5th out of 844 successful candidates across Bavaria.
