LeichteListe digital platform eases school material shopping in Germany
LeichteListe, an AI‑driven startup from Gräfelfing near Munich, offers a free, retailer‑agnostic digital material list that lets parents upload school requirements and instantly see product availability and prices. The service automatically matches items with online shops or local retailers, supports reservation, and provides one‑click language translation. Over 700 German schools have adopted the platform, processing more than 300 000 items for the 2025/26 school year, with an average of 36 items per list. The startup reports more than 10 000 uses and a partnership with more than 150 retailers. It has also launched in Austria. School officials note that the tool improves equipment readiness on the first day of class and reduces parent inquiries.
