German school trips to Brussels and Holland in July
In late July, a German first‑grade class traveled to Brussels for a week‑long educational visit that included university lectures, museum tours and a day trip to Ghent. The itinerary featured a linguistics introduction at a university, behind‑the‑scenes access at the Natural Science Museum, and a visit to the AfricaMuseum, which examined Belgium’s colonial past in the Congo.
Separately, the 10R class from Schrozberg embarked on a sailing trip to the Netherlands aboard the vessel "Groter Jager". Over several days the students visited Enkhuizen, Amsterdam and Hoorn, combining sailing practice with sightseeing, shopping and cultural activities before returning home to Germany.
