German television networks announce programming updates and schedule changes

Various German television networks have announced upcoming programming schedules and format changes.

ProSieben is moving the comedy format ‘TV total Stand-up Club’, hosted by Sebastian Pufpaff, to Saturday evenings following ‘The Voice of Germany’. This shift follows fluctuating viewership numbers, with recent audiences ranging between 0.41 and 0.45 million viewers.

Other notable programming includes the ARD telenovela ‘Sturm der Liebe’, which returns from its summer break with new plot developments involving characters Adam, Werner, and Olivia. MDR continues to broadcast its health magazine ‘Visite’, while Vox features the docu-soap ‘Zwischen Tüll und Tränen’, focusing on bridal fashion. Additionally, MDR offers various comedy segments through ‘Olafs Klub’ featuring comedian Olaf Schubert.
