Germany pledges 3 million euros to enhance Kosovo Security Force

Germany has signed an agreement to provide approximately 3 million euros to support the Kosovo Security Force (FSK) through the ‘Enable & Enhance Initiative’. The agreement was signed by Gafurr Dugolli, Secretary General of the Ministry of Defense, and German Defense Attaché Colonel Guido Altendorf.

The project aims to advance the operational capacities of the FSK to better fulfill its mission. This initiative is a continuation of ongoing bilateral cooperation between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Kosovo in the fields of security and defense.

The signing ceremony included representatives from the Ministry of Defense, the German Embassy in Kosovo, and the NATO Advisory Liaison Team (NALT), including Lieutenant Colonel Fabian Vogl and Major Claus Schumm.
