Separate sector‑specific discussions note growing concerns over data sovereignty in construction, AI‑assisted policing, voice‑bot services, and the shift toward agentic AI that automates whole workflows, stressing the need for robust governance under the EU AI Act.

Microsoft announced a €190 billion AI‑infrastructure investment, including new US data‑centre campuses, underscoring the global scale of the AI push that German policy aims to match.
