Ghana Education Service to distribute EduPack to schools

The Ghana Education Service (GES) is launching the EduPack initiative for Senior High Schools (SHS) and Senior High Technical Schools (SHTS). The program aims to reduce the volume of personal luggage students transport to boarding facilities and to mitigate bedbug infestations often linked to personal items brought from home.

Prospectus Ghana Ltd. has been contracted to manage the nationwide distribution of these packages. The rollout is scheduled to take place between August 1 and September 10, 2026.

School heads have been instructed to prepare for the arrival of the packages and to cooperate with distribution officials. Additionally, Regional Directors of Education are tasked with coordinating these arrangements within their respective regions to ensure a smooth implementation of the service.
