The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has released the fixtures for the 2026/27 Division One League, covering Zones One and Three. The season is scheduled to commence between September 18 and 21, 2026, and will conclude on May 24, 2027.

In Zone Three, former Premier League clubs such as Accra Lions, Inter Allies, and Kotoku Royals are set to compete for promotion. Notable opening matches include Accra Lions hosting Golden Warriors and Great Olympics facing Attram de Visser. Semper Fi FC LBG, last season’s runners-up, will begin their campaign away against Okwahu United. The zone will feature a total of 240 matches.

Zone One, split into IA and IB, will host 224 matches over 30 match weekends. In Zone IA, Real Tamale United begins its promotion bid away against Sankara National FC. Zone IB features former Premier League side Eleven Wonders starting with an away match against Mighty Royals. The league structure dictates that matches will be played on weekends, with no midweek fixtures scheduled.
