Ghana Inter Tourism Expo focuses on investment and local products

The sixth Inter Tourism Expo (iNTTA) is being held from October 21 to 23, 2026, at the Ridge Royal Hotel in Cape Coast. The event aims to transform Ghana’s tourism potential into bankable investment projects to drive economic growth and job creation.

Executive Chairman Emmanuel Treku stated that the expo seeks to bridge the gap between Ghana’s opportunities and the necessary capital, technology, and expertise. The initiative emphasizes moving beyond mere promotion to securing wider economic benefits through commercial partnerships.

The exhibition features a wide array of ‘Made-in-Ghana’ products, including clothing, cosmetics, food, arts and crafts, and herbal medicine. By showcasing these local industries, the expo aims to strengthen the link between tourism and local enterprises, creating markets for artisans, farmers, and small businesses.

Under the theme of the 24-Hour Africa Economy and AfCFTA Industrial Acceleration, the programme includes investment forums and discussions on agribusiness, digital sovereignty, and tourism infrastructure.
