Ghana international midfielder Kwasi Sibo has become a free agent after his contract with Spanish side Real Oviedo expired shortly before the 2026 FIFA World Cup. He is currently assessing offers from clubs in England, Germany and Saudi Arabia.

Sibo said his family would like him to move to the Saudi Pro League, while he says he will take time to evaluate the sporting and financial aspects of each proposal. His recent season with Oviedo featured 38 appearances, three goals and four assists, and his performances helped him secure a place in Ghana’s World Cup squad where he received praise for disciplined midfield play.
