Other Ghanaian players have already finalized moves to the region. Striker Albert Amoah, a 24-year-old centre-forward, completed a permanent transfer to the Saudi First Division League club Hajer FC on August 14, 2026. Amoah joined Hajer FC following a period with the Libyan side Al-Ahly, which included a loan spell back to Asante Kotoko earlier in 2026. Before his time in North Africa, he established himself in the Ghana Premier League with Great Olympics and Asante Kotoko.
