Ghanaian footballer Mohammed Fuseini robbed in Brussels, suspect arrested

Ghanaian winger Mohammed Fuseini, 24, was violently robbed in Brussels on Sunday morning near a nightclub. Five masked men forced him from his car, beat him and stole his wallet, two iPhones and a Rolex watch valued at €8,000‑€14,000. He was taken to hospital for checks; the club Union Saint‑Gilloise said his injuries were not serious and he resumed training the next day.

Belgian police captured a 23‑year‑old suspect after the incident. A search of his home recovered some of the stolen items and the suspect now remains in custody pending further investigation.
