Ghost of Yotei Complete Edition announced for October 2026

Sucker Punch Productions has announced the Ghost of Yotei Complete Edition, scheduled for release on October 1, 2026, for the PS5. The edition will combine the base game with significant new content, including a narrative expansion titled ‘Echi di Sekigahara’ (Echoes of Sekigahara) and a new single-player survival mode called ‘Most Wanted’.

The ‘Echi di Sekigahara’ expansion will feature a dual-timeline narrative following the protagonist, Atsu, connecting her present adventures in the Ashoro Hills with her past during the historical Battle of Sekigahara. This expansion introduces new characters, such as Nagato, as well as new weapons, enemies, and armor sets.

The ‘Most Wanted’ mode is described as a roguelike-inspired experience where players can select up to four playable characters to face increasing levels of difficulty. Additionally, the Complete Edition will include ‘Ghost of Yotei Legends’, an online cooperative mode for up to four players featuring survival, story, and raid modes. Digital pre-orders are available on the PlayStation Store, with a physical release also planned for the launch date.
