Ghost of Yōtei Complete Edition launches on PS5

Sucker Punch has released the Ghost of Yōtei Complete Edition for PlayStation 5, which bundles the base game with new content and a significant update. The package includes the “Echoes of Sekigahara” DLC, a narrative expansion that explores the protagonist Atsu’s past through flashbacks to the Battle of Sekigahara and introduces a new character, Nagato.

Additionally, the edition features “Most Wanted,” a single-player roguelike survival mode. This mode allows players to control various characters, including the original protagonist Jin Sakai, who can be unlocked by spending in-game currency. The mode offers increasing difficulty through waves of enemies and minibosses.

The update also introduces the “Beauty of Yōtei” mode for enhanced photo exploration, high-contrast accessibility options, and Quick Spectral Super Resolution (QSSR) technology to improve image stability and detail on PS5. Players who already own the base game can upgrade to the Complete Edition for $15.
