Gia Lai Provincial Hotel in Quy Nhơn posts record revenue after Covid recovery

The Gia Lai Provincial Hotel, located at 3‑5‑7 Trần Phú in Quy Nhơn, Vietnam, was founded in 1997 to serve provincial party delegations. Over three decades it expanded its facilities and opened its restaurant to the public, now welcoming thousands of guests daily.

During the COVID‑19 pandemic the hotel faced temporary closures and reduced income, but management implemented cost‑saving measures and maintained essential services. This allowed the hotel to keep staff employed and continue fulfilling its political duties. After the pandemic, revenue rebounded sharply, reaching over VND 43 billion in 2022 and VND 65 billion in 2025, the highest level since its inception, while continuing to contribute substantial tax payments to the state.
