FCSB and Gigi Becali face coaching pressure and transfer targets

FCSB owner Gigi Becali is managing several developments within the club. Regarding squad reinforcement, the club is targeting midfielder Lindon Emerllahu, currently playing for Polissya Zhytomyr, for the winter transfer window.

On the coaching front, Marius Baciu faces pressure to secure at least four points in upcoming matches, including a crucial fixture against Universitatea Craiova, to avoid potential resignation or dismissal. Former coach Mihai Teja noted that Becali frequently intervened in tactical decisions via telephone during matches.

Player news includes Tavi Popescu, who recently moved to Levadiakos in Greece on loan following controversy regarding his off-field conduct. Additionally, defender Ronny Labonne has returned to the starting lineup, showing strong defensive performances and high passing accuracy in recent matches.

Becali also recently criticized referee Istvan Kovacs following a derby loss to Dinamo, expressing frustration with officiating and the oversight committees.
